The idea for LickiDog started in New York City, founded by Samantha Rivera, a lifelong dog lover who grew up in the vibrant neighborhoods of Queens. Living in a busy apartment with her energetic golden retriever, Samantha constantly struggled with the same problem many pet owners face — messy floors, spilled food, and chaotic feeding times.

Like many dog parents, she tried different bowls and feeding solutions, but nothing seemed to truly solve the issue. Dogs would eat too fast, push bowls around, and leave food scattered across the floor.

Determined to find a better solution, Samantha started researching ways to make feeding more controlled, engaging, and less messy. Her goal was simple: create a bowl that helps dogs slow down, stay entertained, and keep the feeding area clean.

That vision led to the creation of LickiDog — a smarter feeding bowl designed to turn ordinary mealtime into a clean, enriching, and stress-free experience.

Today, LickiDog focuses on designing products that combine practical functionality, thoughtful design, and everyday convenience for modern pet owners. Our mission is to make feeding time simpler, cleaner, and more enjoyable for dogs and the people who love them.
